Hii actually i am an indian student who get married in 2019 and my spouse was already in canada. We both were international students and now i had done my studies and got my work permit but my spouse had applied for his work permit two months ago. I want to know like my spouse had a 2 speeding tickets, 1 red light ticked, and 1 driving without license ticket. Do we get any complications when i will be going to apply for my and my spouse permanent residence? I had almost done with my 1 year work experience and got 7 band ielts score.

Shouldn’t be an issue. Although I would suggest she brush up on her driving skills.

@Buletruck - Just a clarification: She said 'he' has these many tickets. Therefore the spouse who happens to be a 'he' needs to brush up on his driving skills.

@Nsidhu561 - Unless it is a criminal offence it doesn't matter. If they are criminal offences then a rehab application has to be filed after one year.
