How did you guys send your pr app

Did you put them in three different envelopes and then into one big envelope for delivery?
Labelled

Sponsor / wife name
Applicant / my name
Proof

Also barcode pages are they on the top ?

Also do we both have to do a letter about each other and for me to so one also about how I will Seattle
go school learn new skills to find a job

Thanks

That's exactly as we did it! We put all the forms in order, by page number. I believe the bar-coded pages were usually page 1 on any given form.

As I understand your situation, your wife is already settled in Canada. If so, no such letters are required.

Thanks

there's only one barcode page on my wife's IMM 1344

And two pages on my IMM 0008 1 full page and two barcodes on signature page

jeez this has all been so stressful

On sending the forms via courier is this the right way?

Sponsorship : Spouse or Spousal?

2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
Canada

Not sure about courier, we "mailed" it here:
Sponsorship : FAMILY CLASS
Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4N6

yeah that addy you sent yours is via regular mail, that doesn't need to be signed for.

ok I'll do it as

Sponsorship : Family Class Spouse.

Thanks for all the help.

We put everything in one big envelope, just using paperclips to split out the sponsor, applicant and proof sections. We also put sticky-tabs on all documents/proofs we included (basically anything that wasn't an IMM form), numbered them all, and included a table of contents that linked to each number and said what it was/how many pages. The barcode labels were very first and this table of contents was second page in the envelope.

We didn't include any essay or letter about our relationship, but this is optional and you can do this if you want if you feel it will help convince the VO your relationship is genuine.

did you paper clip the barcode forms to there IMM form?

Ie barcode clipped to imm0008?

And then table of contents was the next form underneath

Nope. NO staples, NO paperclips . . . simply "in order".

We used three separate envelopes - Applicant, Sponsor, Proof.

My barcode printed on two separate pages, so I just put everything in the exact order it printed, then in order according to the document checklist.

We didn't attach the barcode to anything. Just kept it loose as first page. Table of contents was next.

We used paperclips for everything. No staples. Some of the country specific forms specifically say paperclips are ok.
