I am a Canadian PR holder. I am working to do PR for my wife.
1- Is it compulsory that I need to sponsor my wife? Can she apply PR on her own and come to Canada?(It is faster since sponsorship takes about a year and no work permit)
2- She has the following education 10 + 3 yr diploma + 3 yr bachelor degree all in mechanical engineering. Can I use this as "two or more degrees" to get additional CRS points?
