Hi All,

I have just finished my PR process under Express Entry and I was thinking to apply for my parents PR.
What is the procedure?
Can I include my siblings?
Is there any thread anyone can direct me to?

Thanks in advance.

The process has changed from this year where you need to submit your interest through a web form and there is a draw near April where Canada Immigration selects 10,000 applications. If you are lucky enough , you will receive an ITA and will have 90 days to submit the application.

You can include siblings who are dependents. Adult siblings cannot be included. You'll also need to meet the minimum income requirement for three years in a row before you'll be able to apply. The income must be from Canadian sources.

For parents you can only try next year in lottery system (PGP 2018). For siblings if they are dependent you can have them added now (I mean you can start their application now.)

First you need 3 years of Canadian tax returns meeting the minimum necessary income for your total family size.
Second you then need to enter the lottery in January, and hope your lucky enough to be selected.
If selected you then submit an app, and parents must pass medical exam to show they have no serious/expensive health conditions

If you are just arriving in Canada, it will be at least 4 years or so before being able to qualify, and possibly a further wait until lucky enough to be selected in lottery.
