PR for my daughter

Hi,
My husband is a PR holder in Canada and its been 2 years since he got it , Iam his wife from India and never been to Canada and as per Canadian immigrantion my status is legally separated because we have never been together for the past 6 years but our daughter is a legal dependent on my husband PR application which has been clearly mentioned in the COPR copy !!
And recently got my Divorce in India officially so we are not in talking terms as well so how do I apply for my kid’s pr as she is his legal dependent and she has her UCI number mentioned in the COPR copy ! I literally begged him to apply for her , for her bright future but he doesn’t respond for any mails,calls etc so what do I do in this case ???
Plz help me , can someone suggest on this

You cannot apply for your daughter. Your husband is the PR of Canada and it is his decision whether he wants to sponsor his daughter or not. From what you've written I gather he mentioned her on his application as a non-accompanying dependent. He can sponsor her if he wishes, but if he doesn't want to, not much you can do.

You can choose to apply for PR yourself, if you qualify, and then add your daughter to your own application.
