You can only land at an International Airport if you are flying in from another country.

You can schedule an appointment with CIC to land at one of their offices in Canada. I believe it can take anywhere from a few week to a few months to get an appointment.

Without Flagpole is there any other way?
Because I do not have the license yet and it will be difficult for me. Is there any other way to get the PR status done at the International Airport? or at any CIC office?

you can try to get an appointment with a CIC office, but it depends when the COPR expires. If it expires soon, you might not have enough time to schedule an appointment at a CIC office.
Maybe you can find somebody to drive you to the border? the person can drive you there, then you walk across the border and come back - land, it takes about 10 min, and then you get into the car again. It might not be ideal in the evening with a young baby, but the borders are open 24h a day, so it can be done in the evening if it's easier to find somebody outside of working hours.

I am planning to go for Flagpoling, bcus the dates are too far away. I have couple of more queries if somebody could help.
1) My son is US citizen will that be an issue while flag poling?
2) Do me and my wife both have to go together or either one of us is fine?
3) Also do I have to show Bank statements and money for doing the landing for my baby?

1) No

2) One of you is fine but in order to cross the border with a baby and only one parent, you should bring permission from the other parent in case you are asked.

3) No
