Is the PR possible just for the main family member first, if he doesn't want to bring the entire family to Canada along with him initially ?

Yes, but all family members must be included in the application, even if they are non-accompanying. So, any spouse or common-law partner along with the dependant children must be included.rajeshvjoshi said:
