Teachers can certainly qualify. There is no NOC list under Express Entry. What matters is how many points you have under the Express Entry system. Right now you must have at least 440 points to be selected.
Wanted to warn you to be a teacher in a public school in Canada you have to have attended a teacher's college in Canada.
No - it's not enough to teach in Canada (assuming your education is from India). I suggest you spend time researching what it will take to be allowed to teach in Canada before you consider a move. You'll need to go through a certification process before you'll be allowed to teach here.
Teachers require a 2 years masters course in Canada. Getting in is very competitive. There seems to be a 1 year course you can take only if you want to teach in BC. In provinces like Ontario there are too many teachers (excpet French) and it can take many years of supply teaching or waiting before you get a job.
I have Master degree in English and Education too. I also have completed my bachelor of education and currently holding experience of 6 years working as a TGT teacher.... I hope it is enough to have Permit to teach in Canada... Isn't it?
You will not be able to teach in Canada immediately with these qualifications. You will need to go through a certification process before you'll be permitted to teach.
Note that it's not possible to get a work permit to teach in Canada. If you wish to move to Canada as a teacher, you should apply to immigrate.
