PR file submitted on Aug 2014 MPNP status awaited

Hi All,

I am from India an have submitted my PR file
In August 2014 under MPNP program. Still it is showing
Status as RECEIVED. How much time till will
Take yet to process the file and get an approval.
Do there are more chances in jan and feb 2015 as
More files needs to ne intake in 2015 as per the news.
Please suggest.
 
did you apply online ? If yes then it will take less time. However from 2014 onward the MPNP process takes less time. Mine took 11 months and was general stream.

as far as I know, new MPNP system has improved. You will hear from them in 6 months. Have you got AOR from them ?
 
I have just received an email with subject "Applicant
File number" from gov.mb.ca email address.
Hope that is the AOR and the email has file
Number in it.

After that I had not received any further
Details for the same.

Yeah that is AOR, wait another two months (total six month) and after that email them and ask about your application status
