IP2 stands for "In Process 2". At this stage, they check your security and background.

How long it will take after this?

It really depends. The next stage would be PPR, i.e., they will request for your passport to give your PR visa. Some applicants pass this stage in 1, 2 months, but for others it may take much more. Just be patient.
