Good day.
In 2009, I was arrested for theft.Later the prosecuter dismissed the theft charge Count #1 and added Count #2 (Tresspassing to Land) and i plead guilty for tresspassing to land in US. I also have a Civil restraining order against my xgf... (separate case).The case is over and I moved to Canada permanently in Feb 2010.
Now i need to apply for PR extension and Citizenship in another one year.
Will my record create any problem for my PR extension (or) Citizenship?
What is Pardon and Rehabilation? I think its for visitors who are trying to settle down in Canada. Since i already have a PR, do i need to apply for pardon and Rehabilation?
In the citizenship application, it just asks whether you have been convicted in last 4 years and it asks for employment details and other things only for last 4 years. If i apply for citizenship in 2014, will there be any problem?
