No - you can't. PR visas cannot be extended. You need to land in Canada before the expiry date in March if you want to become a PR. You don't have to move to Canada right away - you can move later. But it's mandatory that you and your dependents complete your landing by this date.
It’s written in my CPR the province of destination is Ontario and City of destination is Ottawa, is it mandatory to land there or I can make at any other city in Canada (Other than Quebec). Thank you.
