PR expiry and not completed 730 days

Hi All,
My PR is expiry is 20-Sept-2019, but I will be completing only 700 days by that date. Should I wait until I complete 730 days OR should apply on 20-Sept-2019.

You must wait until you have at least 730 days.

In fact generally advised if so close to meeting the residency obligation probably best to wait until have 800 plus days to reduce odds of additional scrutiny when renewing. Your PR status never expires only PR cards expire so unless desperate to travel out of Canada which would be where you require a valid card to travel back wait until you have some additional days before renewing
