I am planning to do my Master's in Canada (1 year) next year. Just want to confirm if I will be able to get a PR at the end of my degree.

I have a few questions:
- Above is my CRS Profile, I should be getting at score of 483 after my Masters in Canada, I also have 1 year of foreign work experience. Should this be enough to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program and should I be eligible to get a PR with the above score right after my masters?
- Will I be able to stay in Canada without a job offer on PGWP?
- After I apply for a PR will I be able to continue working in Canada without a work permit (and without a Job)? or do I need to leave the country and return after my PR Is approved?
