PR done( as a Dependent ) and have a job in canada - Can i sponsor my child

Hello!,

My wife is the principal applicant and we both have completed our PR. However my wife delivered our child outside Canada after the PR and I am currently in Canada with a job - Can I sponsor my Child ??
considering the fact that I am not a principal applicant and My wife is outside canada with the child.

any inputs will be of great help.

It shouldn't matter who the principle applicant was on your original application - if you are both PRs, you both have equal eligibility to sponsor the child.
