PR delayed for 6 month

Hello,
I entered Canada border in the middle August and still haven’t received my PR card. Is it normal or should I worry?
Last time got updated was like 2 months ago, asking for photographs, which I immediately sent.
Should I just wait or should I contact anyone one? If so, whom I should contact?

Did you get your card? How much time did it take?
