Hi all I got the PR approval email from IRCC for myself and my son on 19th August 2022, but I didn’t get the email for my wife yet. Can I still go ahead and reply the email with details of all three members or shall I waiting for my wife’s approval email.

Yes you should, did you checked your email thread, sometimes IRCC links spouse's emails in one thread.
