PR College tuition fee

My fiancé is applying for a Study Visa to start in January and I'm at same time applying for a LMIA for support PR.
Let's say that she is granted with the visa and she pays 1 international semester and with a lot of lucky we gain PR during the 1st term. Would be possible to pay a PR fee for the 2nd a subsequonly terms??

I can't see how she would be able to get PR in the first semester. It takes 6 months at least from the time they start processing a PR application. Enetering in to express entry is not the starting point.

even if this did work out it would be down to the college to agree the fee level and not something anyone here could input on.

Bs65, So you say that for 2nd term College obviously will like an International payment, right?. Ok I can understand that, but based on the program has 2 years I'm guessing that for 2018 in this case the tuition would be lowed to resident level?

yyzstudent I know that, this just a case, I hope to apply this year to EE with a LMIA approved, I know it's difficult being processed under 1st semester 2017 but not impossible.
