Maybe someone can help as to approx. time after landing to receive the pr card in the mail.(toronto)
 
Mine took 10 weeks (Edmonton)
 
Mine took 9 weeks (39 business days) landing in Toronto.
 
Mine took exactly 8 weeks.
Landed in Montreal on 05/26/2012 and received card on 07/26/2012.
Hope it helps.
 
I landed on May 30th. In Toronto (after a small delay due to a cic error), and got my card July 30, exactly two months later.
