Just received the card, updating my original timeline because it is a bit interesting and might be useful for others.

eCOPR VO: Montreal
eCOPR Received: April 12, 2024 (First PR Card)

Photo Approved: Not yet (?)
GU1: Not yet (?)
GU2: Not yet (?)
Mailed: Not yet (?)
PR Card Received: April 29, 2024
PR Card VO: Sydney NS

I did not receive any updates from eCOPR state whatsoever, photo and mailing address are still "in review" in the PR portal.
No GUs received as well, nothing new in GCKEY.

The only clue i have is that my eCOPR expires this September, so there is probably a priority queue or something like that
