PR Card Renewal - Now waiting

[C-Resident]

Mar-2015: Applied for family's PR card renewals.
July-2015: My spouse and children have received their cards.
July-2015: My card moved to "in-process" status.
Jan-2016: Still have not received my renewed PR card.

- Is this normal?
- How much longer should I expect to wait?
- What other recourse do I have to check on (or obtain) my card?
Any support or advice will be appreciated.
