Hi guys, I submitted my renewal application of PR card through online portal. What are the next steps and expecting of Application number (if they send)

Hi, have you received any update on your PR renewal application? I submitted PR renewal card through PR portal online. Its showing me submitted but there is no application number or anything else I can see here. Can you please help me to understand, if it shows the same (Submitted) on the PR portal?
