PR Card Renew Question - Difference in one package. Decision Made OR Complete?

Hi ALL,

I submitted all of my family's PR card renew application in one mail package on June 8, 2021.

On Sept. 27, I checked the status in CIC website that my wife and my son's status is Complete and below list the details:

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 8, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 27, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on September 27, 2021.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on September 30, 2021.

The following tables will help you understand the status of your application.

But my status is still as Decision Made and below list the details:

Why it's different for us? Any thing wrong with my case?

Anyone had same experience? My husband is on the same boat - decision made.

We are in the same boat, My husband has "decision made" mine is " in process"
its been more than a month since the status updated, any idea when can we receive the card.
