PR CARD RENEW APPLY ONLINE QUESTION AND HELP

Hello guys, I applied the PR Card renew online back in March 25, and when i clicked into the online portal, it only shows “ submiited” the view button is greyed out that I can not click to check the status. Is it normal? Thank you for your help
