PR Card Received for mom, not kids

Hi All

My wife received her PR Card in the mail a few weeks after completing the requirements on the PR Portal. Her kids are still showing as "In review with IRCC" and their PR cards have not been sent. Anybody else experience the same thing or have some advice?
