Just wondering if there are applicants on the same boat as I am.
My AOR was on April 4, 2020. CEC applicant in-land with no dependent nor spouse.
Finally received my COPR in April 2021, and mailed my pictures through Canada Post on April 25, 2021.
Received a ghost update back in October 2021, but nothing happened after that
Requested a GCMS note in November 2021, and never heard back from IRCC.
On Jan 14, 2022, I received an email from CIC-Etobicoke-Immigration@cic.gc.ca asking me to resend a picture through email, which I did on the same day.
An IRCC agent confirmed my photo was in the file on Jan 17, 2022.
It has now been a 10-month wait on my first PR card....and my COPR is expiring in 45 days. Considered to contact the local MP but not sure how helpful they will be.
