Hi all i have applied for a par card while i landed in canada November 2015 and the official informed that i shall receive the card within 2 months by Feb 2016 as per my estimate. i had to leave canada to my home town outside Canada after 10 - 11 days. post two months my card never arrived and i called up the cic agent from outside canada they asked me to wait for 6 weeks and also asked me to send a solemn declaration which i did . but post 6 weeks my card still didn't come at my mailing address in canada. however during that interim i got married as well . now i had send a solemn declaration on april 4 to which they said that as its a high volume of demand request i am in a waiting line of up to 4 months. i need to reenter canada but i dont have a PR CARD
SO WHAT SHOULD i do should i apply for a travel document or wait another month for my card..
also should i inform about my marriage as i am married to a us citizen
