PR CARD NOT DELIVERED

Hi everyone, I wonder if there is anyone here experienced same as me that waited for so long for the PR card to be delivered for the first time?
I received my ECOPR last January 27,2022 and I keep on checking the status of my PR card at IRCC PR Portal and the status is "IN REVIEW WITH IRCC" but when I open the IRCC website itself the status that appears was "WE WERE NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY YOU, USING THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED". I am so confuse right now. I hope there is someone here that could enlighten me. Thankyou in advance.

Are you talking about pr card application not being detected while linking pr card to gckey account ?

thanks for replying,not sure what you mean by gckey but what I do Im inputing my UCI or Application number from my ECOPR at the IRCC website that's the note I can see.

Yes, but this on portal OR IRCC GCKey account ?

at the Portal it says "IN REVIEW WITH IRCC" but at the IRCC website "WE WE’RE NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY..." so its contradict with each other.

okay, 1st link wont work if your are applying for your 1st pr card. Instead login to your account and link using steps here - https://askkubeir.com/pr-card-application/

Hopefully you should be able to see updates there.
