PR CARD -NOT DELIVERED BEEN OVER 10 WEEKS / DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS : NOT ABLE TO TRACK

Hi, it has been more than 10 weeks now and I have not received my first PR CARD after landing in Canada. It shows dispatched in my profile. I raised webforms but I got no response. After calling for days, I was told by CIC that the officer by mistake wrote wrong address at the airport ( did a typo by writing 44 while correct one is 411 ). Unfortunately, there is no tracking or anything possible so how do I get my PR Card ? Can I go and collect it from someone office ? Any help on this will be appreciated

I would approach Canada Post first and check with them. Explain your situation and take id proofs with you. If it works out, then all good.

Canadapost is unlikely to be able to find a normal piece of mail. You need to wait 6 weeks after the PR card was sent out in the hopes that it will be returned to IRCC as undeliverable or wrong address.
