PR card mailing address options?

Does anyone have personal experience receiving their PR card in a postal box ? Does IRCC allow this ?

From this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2013/ob491.asp renewals will not be mailed to PO boxes. It does not mention PO boxes w.r.t initial PR card so I am hopeful.
