Hello,
My sister is Canadian Permanent resident and she just has a baby in Pakistan.
Is any one know what she have to do in order to come in Canada with baby.
Is her baby have to get Canadian visa or she can applied for permanent resident for baby and how long it would take.
Please help me in this matter.

1. 2 choices, she can apply for a TRV (Temporary Resident Visa)for the child to enter Canada. A good chance that it won't be issued. Then try for a TRP (Permit) again probably won't be issued.
2. She would then have to return to Canada (either her or her spouse) and sponsor the child, while the child remains in Pakistan. If the father was a Canadian citizen, they the child would be as well

If their father is Canadian Citizen then the baby is automatically Canadaian Citizen.If yes then the matter is very simple. ;D
