my permanent resident card has expired and i want to renew it. my problem is i lost one of the primary identification that the cic needed and its the record of landing or the IMM 1000. my question is? do i have to get and process a new IMM? and when i get it from cic thats the time i have to attach it to my forms and maiiled to cic. need your help
