PR Card Estimates

Obviously not a massive concern, being that the process is all but finalized, but has anyone recently received their PR card after landing? How accurate are the 6-10 week estimates given by the landing officer?

I too have those obsessive compulsions to estimate processing times, and track and wait for stuff! This source provides weekly information on Wednesdays on how long PR cards have taken recently to be processed:
