PR card delayed. Pls need your suggestion!

Dear Forum,

It has already exceeded the maximum limit(6 weeks) of PR card to arrive our mailing address. What should we do guys ? please suggest.

Call CIC at Call Centre telephone number: 1-888-242‑2100 and speak with an agent. They can tell you if it's been mailed and when.

Have your COPR available as they will ask you for your UCI number.
