Hello, can anyone tell me if the pr card arrives by registered mail or regular mail.

If it is helpful, taking into account the issue date, mine took about a week to be delivered.

Hello, can anyone tell me if the pr card arrives by registered mail or regular mail.

It was sent via a regular mail. It arrived one week after issued date. Issued date was 2 months after landing date.

My husband actually called CIC and made a follow up then we got it after a week.

Processing times have increased to around 100 days now. So more like 4 months after landing.
