Hey there - My wife landed in August, and she received a notice in September telling her to submit new photos. We submitted new photos, and haven't heard a word back since. Is there a place that we can check on the process of this? My wife tried calling IRCC and they gave her attitude because of the Refugee situation and told her she had to "be patient." I'm pretty worried though, because they said there was a 180 day limit to get the photos in, and I don't even know if they've received the freakin' photos.
Any advice? What happens if they claim they never got the photos? Do we have to submit a fresh application for a PR card? What does that entail? (My wife doesn't lose her status, does she??)
