I am a PR card holder . currently I am in India. please could you tell me the procedure for admission in international relations for this fall?Do I need to pass GRE/IELTS/TOFEL?
You simply need to approach the education institution directly as a domestic student given you are a PR card holder. It is impossible for anyone here to say what any individual insititutions entry requirements are given they are all different although of course having good English language skills are important to get the most out of any course.
