I got my PR approved through Family sponsorship (my wife is a Canadian Citizen) few weeks back. I am currently working in USA. I am planning to go into Canada through land and do a soft landing for now. I am planning to give one of my cousin’s address in Canada for the soft landing. What are all the documents required for doing a soft landing? Is it ok to do soft landing now and move into the country later? Can I come back into the country through land using my CoPR to get my PR card from my cousin’s place?

Passport and CoPR.

You would only need you goods to follow lists when you 'lAnd as settler' later.

Is it ok to do soft landing now and move into the country later?

Yes

Can I come back into the country through land using my CoPR to get my PR card from my cousin’s place?

No minimum length of time for a soft landing. You can turn around and head straight back if you want within minutes.
