PR applying with conditional discharge case..

Hi friends...

Unfortunately I have charged in a assault case and crown offered conditional discharge with one year probation...

I'm a temporary foreign worker and completed one year canadian experience in an IT industry...

Am I still eligible to apply for PR ? Can anybody suggest who is ever of this type of cases...

Technically, you need an immigration lawyer to represent the case with legal review and pointers, with your conditional discharge not classified as a criminal offence in CIC terms. If so you stand a chance.
