I have applied for PR application on Jan, 2017 and my PR application as protected, but so far waiting for final decision (In CIC Website says my PR application has been 100% completed since August 2018.
The reason (As far as I know) of delay is I got CSO Sentence 5 months. (3 months home after 9, and the 2 months revoked/canceled.)
my Application moved from Mississauga to Montreal IRCC as “Human Migrant” (had 4 surgeries and disability I have.
is there any hope to get the PR?
Any advice ?
My family still in Iraq and didn’t see my son since Sep 2016.
the most I care about is my family I need them to come here as soon as possible.
