What does this question mean while I apply for PR application-

'Has PRISCILA GOMES applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?'.

What option should I select? Yes/No?
I have created my EE profile last year which was expired this June. Then I created my EE profile this June again and submitted in 22 June, 2017. Now I got PNP from Ontario and got PR invitation.

Please help.

It depends, apart from your EE profile, have you ever applied for any other kind of visa from Canada (e.g. temporary resident (visitor's) visa, student visa, etc.)? If you haven't, then you can select 'No', but if you have, then you should select 'Yes', as these visas are also processed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada which means you have applied to them before.

If everything is ok and we got the PR, then when will get the PR card in hand? After arrival in Canada when we apply or they issue it before we arrive in my Canadian contact address?

My IELTS will expire in Jan, 2018 and my husband's will be in Mar, 2018. Will it be a problem for getting PR or after we land there? Should we need to give a new IELTS exam?

the IELTS results need to be valid only till you get the AOR. once you have that, even if the test results expire it will not matter. your test scores gets locked at the time of submitting you e-apr.

While applying for PR application, in the Child form for my daughters there is a section to include family members. Should I include our names? Here, I am principal applicant, my spouse & two daughters are accompanying with me.

Can I use my cousin's name in the section 'Do you have a relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada?'. He is a Canadian Citizen. I have already used his name when I applied for Ontario PNP application. He lives in Ontario.

You and your husband are already in the application so no need to include your names
