PR application

Hello,

I am planning to apply Canada PR under "Skilled Worker / Professional Immigration" in buffalo, I am in US for last 1+ year and planning to apply in March, currently in L1 Visa, after applying for PR in case if I am sent back to India what will happen to my application. Will it get process in US or I have to change it to India.

Well,

It is always gud to have your file tranasferred to your country of residency, because in case you do not get the visa, whole file will be refused.
It is up to you though if you want to take a chance, sometimes the interview is waived and if not its a big risk.
Thats is why we always suggest clients that they should get it transferred but the the ultimate decision is their's.
