My application is in 'Recieved By Visa Office' status from past 9 months and today I have sent them FAX and email to withdraw my application, I want to know that will I be getting the fees which I had sent initially ( not the RPF fees).. I understand that if application is not in 'In Process' status and if we pull out our application we get the Fees back..
