PR application under federal skilled worker

I am HR professional having 5 year industry experience. I am trying to get guidance about General IELTS exam for applying PR under federal skilled worker.

MY CRS scores are 464. I need help about how much IELTS bands I actually need for my application and what is first step to start my PR process.

You can't have a CRS score without knowing your IELTS results. CRS uses your results to calculate your score.

Ideally you should score CLB9 or higher in equivalent bands to maximize your points.
