PR application returned- Letter of Acceptance not valid anymore!!

Hello folks,

I am new to this so I would appreciate if any of you can help!

My boyfriend applied for PNP with me as his common-law and we got it. We were a bit late on sending off the application for PR though, and it reached Sydney on the day that it runs out.

Now though, they have returned it as we did not pay the full amount. ( Paid 550 for him, didn't know I had to pay as well)

I can go and get a new bank draft and send it back in but here's the catch....


The Letter of Acceptance may not work anymore! Will it still be valid as we originally sent it in on time(JUST!!) ??

I am freaking out here and need some answers! Bloody CIC won't answer their phone and just cut the call and don't know what to do...anyone been in this situation before??

1. You need a new letter of acceptance, you application was returned without processing as it was incomplete.
