PR application refused/rejected

Today I got notification that my PR application is refused. In that letter they said email was sent a month before requesting the proof of funds. Actually, I never got any mail and was not aware of the fact , until today I got post mail that my application got refused. I have sufficient funds also in my accounts.

Appreciate if you some tell me how can approach them make my case re-open?

his previous post was in 2008 not 2010.... so it is 2 year 3 months....

nobody gets two rejections in a span of 3 months wih different reasons. why are you making stories my friend. people here try to help each other out. so dont make it your play ground...
