PR application Refused due to failure to upload Original Police Certificate

Hi! Sadly I got my PR application refused the second time. The officer handling my case said the reason to refuse was that I provided only a translation copy(Polish-English) of Polish Police Clearance Certificate and not the original. I have the original copy in polish language as well but instead of asking for the original copy he just refused my application. Now refusal email says I have to erase everything and start new. Please advice what should I do in this scenario. My PGWP expired on past Aug 15, 2018. I was on the implied status and today I got refusal email. I am very worried about what to do? :'-(
