Hello All,

I have received ITA on 19th Decemeber 2018. Currently, I am filing my PR application. I had a couple of queries:
  • Do I need to provide the expired passports for me and my spouse?
  • Do I need to provide an affidavit for the other names for my husband and my dependent child?
  • Do I need to show medical proof of my child too (He is 1 and half year old)?
  • Do we need to include birth cirtificate of all our family members?
  • Do we need to mention the address even if I didnt stay there for more than 4 months

Thanks in advance.

As far as the medical proof is concerned, your child definitely needs to pass a medical examination too. However, the associated doctor will let you know whether it needs to pass all the exams (for instance, x-ray is not mandatory until a certain age).
