PR application process

Hi,
I want to know the procedure for PR application,my husband is working in canada and has a work permit visa,we want to apply for PR, can you let me know the detailed procedure regarding how to apply, do we both need to appear for IELTS, what documents are required and what is the procedure for express entry along with the fees.

Please avoid asking questions which has vast information!!! . You are asking for whole process. Yet I explained shortly. CIC website has all the information. It is easily understandable. Please read it and post your questions. We would be happy to assist.

1. You have to register for Express Entry to get PR.

2. IELTS is required for primary applicant. It is optional for spouse.
Spouse education: Bachelor-8 , Master-10, etc
Spouse IELTS: 5 max

3. Documents required for Express entry(*documents mandatory if point are claimed)
1. primary application(PA) - ECA (required to start Express entry application)
2. PA- IELTS result
3*. Dependent-ECA
4*. Dependent-IELTS

4. i.Obtain ECA and prepare parallely for CELPIP or IELTS
ii. When you get ECA and language test done, apply for Express entry.
iii. Modification can be done in your profile after submission to improve scores.
iv. wait for the draw and look for PNP announcement in parallel
v. After you get ITA on EE draw, apply e apr with the documents asked.

Other charges etc for third parties like ECA, IELTS, PNP, Medical exams, PCCs, etc
