Hi everyone!
My apologies if this has already been asked, I've looked at pages upon pages of forum posts and couldn't find an appropriate question...

DH and I are just about finished our PR application (Spousal-Outland-London UK Visa office). My question is about presenting all these supporting docs. We have utility bills, reciepts, photos, etc. How do people normally go about presenting everything? I planned on taping photos to paper and writing what the picture represents next to it, then saw that photos should be loose. Are we ok to number the photos on the back and have a master "table of contents" so to speak, so that the photos are explained? (Keep in mind we have 8 years worth of photos to give). How did most people put their application together?

Thanks so much for looking! :)
Kate

Hello,

I think what CIC meant by "pictures should be loose" is that they should not be in an album, and the whole album sent to the VO. BUt taping them on paper and putting a description, as well as the form, and question number they refer to, is probably a good idea.

We printed most pictures (from the digital version) on a word document, with reference numbers, applicant names, form number and question number, to try and keep it as organised as possible.

Good luck with the last part,
Sweden

Here's an excellent post by pelipeli and could help you in your case:

Hope that helps.

Of course a table of contents would be ok, I got paranoid after reading posts here of how much people sent, my husband and I been together 13 years and we sent 13 photos, 1 for every year we been together and 10 photo's from our wedding/reception, with just dates and names written on the back.

We pretty much did what Sweden did. We just printed out digital copies of our photos on some photo paper we had, 4 pictures to a page. Then explained on the back what each photo was, where and when it was taken, and who was in it.
